MEATBALLS WITH CUTTLEFISH

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cuttlefish

- 1 egg
- Flour
- Onions and parsley
- Black pepper
- 1 piece of chocolate
- 1 onion
- Toasted almonds
- White wine
METHOD
- First, we put the cuttlefish and we cut it into pieces.
- We put it in a casserole and we spice it with white wine and crushed onion.
- Then, we add water until it cover the cuttlefish and we leave it to cook until it becomes soft.
- After that, to make the meatballs, we mix the minced meat, two or three grains of garlic, the parsley, the salt, the pepper and the egg.
- Then, we cover them with flour and we fry them.
- Finally, we prepare a sauce with minced almonds, chocolate and garlic and we add it.
Now, the dish is ready to eat. DELICIOUS !!
